A second family room in the guest wing provides additional space to unwind, along with an office space for those wanting to stay connected - the guest wing situated down 3 steps with a door separating it, includes the family room, bedrooms 4 and 5, and a full bathroom. This is a practical separate area - perfect for extended family groups!

The landscaped gardens and patio is perfect for summer BBQ's, with a children's playground and sandpit to keep the little ones happy, or chill on the deck with your morning coffee. The outdoor fireplace is a welcome addition to complete your al fresco set up, plus the property is fully fenced and the backyard is gated on both sides of the house, making a safe area for the children to play at the rear of the house away from the driveway. The property is ideal for the keen boatie with room to park the boat safely on the driveway, as well as a boat ramp a couple of minutes drive away, or a 5 min drive to the ramp at Marsden Marina.
